I’m the proud owner of Hair On First, a boutique hair salon in the heart of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, first opened in 2003.
After years of travelling and working in a wide range of salons, I developed a clear vision of what I wanted to create — a space that feels welcoming, genuine, and truly centred around each individual client.
Our motto, “Hairdressers that listen,” is something I live by every day. My team and I are passionate about creating beautiful, wearable hair, but just as importantly, we focus on understanding what our clients really want. I’ve had the pleasure of working in a wide variety of salons over the past 17 years — from small country towns to busy city spaces — and one of the things I love most about hairdressing is that no two days are ever the same.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a supportive and talented salon team. Over the years, I’ve built a strong following for balayage and blonde blends, thanks to being a true colour perfectionist who genuinely loves creating soft, natural, confidence-boosting results.

Originally from Victoria, I now proudly call the Sunshine Coast home. With over 15 years of hairdressing experience, I still genuinely love helping people feel confident, refreshed, and completely themselves when they leave the salon.
I’m especially passionate about colour work and women’s restyles, creating looks that feel modern, flattering, and easy to maintain. I also enjoy crafting clean, tailored men’s cuts, making sure every client walks away with a style that suits their face shape, lifestyle, and personality.

I began my hairdressing journey over 15 years ago at a renowned hair academy in Auckland. From the very start, my passion has been about more than just hair — it’s always been about people.
Now proudly based on the Sunshine Coast, I love meeting new faces just as much as welcoming familiar ones back into the chair. Building genuine, long-lasting relationships with both my clients and my team is at the heart of everything I do, and I believe that connection is what creates truly great hair.
